Neelima Ma’am did her Graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi. She did her Masters in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) Gujarat, India. Neelima ji worked in the voluntary sector from 1984 to 2012, after which she moved to the corporate sector – first, Coca-Cola and then Vedanta. She has wide experience in the fields of social and academic sectors. She has also served on many Central and State Government Committees, including the Land Reforms Committee of the Government of India and the Task Force to suggest Decentralized Funding Mechanisms to the Planning Commission. She was awarded the Laxmipat Singhania IIML Young Leaders Award by the then Prime Minister Shri Man Mohan Singh ji, as well as the Maharana Mewar Award for service. She has also been invited to speak at TED-X. She believes that her friends, mentors and family members have been the key sparks throughout her illuminated career.
Justice Dave is a Retired High Court Judge and former Chairman of Rajasthan Law Commission, India. He has also contributed to the high powered committee constituted by the Honourable Supreme Court of India for preservation of the rich heritage of Jaipur. He is associated with the voluntary sector and public welfare work. He is Chairperson of a well known Rajasthan based NGO, promoted by professional social workers named Cecoedecon. He is a prolific writer, a fluent orator and a powerful motivator.
