During his career he has been associated with prestigious companies like CARE India an International Voluntary Organization, Fortis Healthcare, Max Healthcare and Rainbow Children’s Hospital. Presently he is working with Eternal Hospital, Jaipur.
He has extensively worked in healthcare projects and commodity supply chain management for 9 states & also headed the Disaster Management teams of CARE India during Natural calamities like Orissa cyclone, Gujrat earthquake, J&K Earthquake, Bihar floods etc. He has an abundant understanding/ familiarity of working in 6-7 states across India.
He is been involved in setting up new hospitals & ventures since planning & designing phases. He is a pioneer of Human Resource Planning, Employee remuneration & benefit administrations, Performance Management and Employee Relations.

Dr. Anita is a Professor in-charge for Capacity Building of PRIs and State Nodal Officer for PRI Training in Rajasthan. She is also the Nodal Officer for all projects assisted by United Nations, in the State Institute of Rural Development, Rajasthan. She has a Masters in Sociology and Ph.D. in Social Science-Gender & Tribal Studies Area, from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She also has a PG- Diploma in Human Rights Law from National Law School India University, Bangalore. She has a professional experience of over 32 years in the field of Training and Human Resource Development. As a Nodal Officer for PRI Training in Rajasthan, she has contributed to Capacity Building of 5 generations of PRI Leaders since the 73rd Constitutional Amendment in Rajasthan.
Dr. Anita is also a Recognized Trainer empanelled with Training Division of DoPT, GoI- for Design of Training Courses under Trainer Development Programme (TDP) since 1997. She also contributed as a National Task Force Member, constituted by the Training Division in 2000 for Refinement of DTS and DOT packages of TDP. Her areas of facilitation of Adult-Learning are: Training of Trainers for DTS & DOT and PRI Training, Human Development & Human Rights, Gender Responsive Governance & Development, Panchayati Raj & Decentralised Gender Responsive Planning, Gender Responsive Budgeting, Soft Skills and Gender Training-in a Human Rights-Based Perspective. She has also been facilitating training of college and university youth in areas of Community Mobilization, Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)/ Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) and Gender Issues.
She has also contributed extensively in publication of Need-Based Training Modules & Reference Materials for various thematic Training Campaigns of Elected Representatives & Development Functionaries of Rajasthan. Since 2000 AD onwards she has led 14 Mega-Training Campaigns for Capacity Building of PRIs in the State-with universal coverage for all ERs & Key Officials. She has published over 60 papers and more than 70 books, related to Training of Development Functionaries and Elected Representatives of PRIs. Some of her important publications are: ‘Readings in Organizational Behaviour’(1989), ‘Women’s Quest for Equality’ (1990), ‘Population & Development: Women’s Perspectives’ (1994),’ Training Manual for PRI Functionaries-on Population, Health, RCH & Gender Issues’ (2004), ‘Training Manual on Gender Responsive Planning’ (2008-09), Training Manual on Role of PRIs w.r.t. Five Devolved Departments (2012), a Guide Book on Mobilizing Effective Mahila Sabhas (2012), Training Modules for Training of PRIs under PESA Region (2012) & an FAQ Booklet titled-‘PESA Chalisa’ (2013), Training Modules for Gender Responsive Governance (2012), Compendium of Success Stories of Elected Women Representatives (2013), Reference Book for PRI Chairpersons (2015), Training Modules for Gram Panchayat Development Planning (GPDP), Reference Books-GPDP Basics (2016) & SDGs & GRG-based Gram Panchayat Development Planning (2016). She has also been a key contributor to Training Manual on Gender Responsive Governance & Empowerment of Elected Women Representatives (2012), published by National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad.
She has contributed to several National & International Workshops, including-International Conference on Population & Development (ICPD) in United Nations-PrepCom III at New York and in UN-ICPD, 1994 at Cairo (Egypt). She has been one of the core National Training Team Members of UNIFEM-which trained the Indian Delegation for the 4th World Conference on Women, 1995 held at Beijing (China). She represented India-at the SAARC Regional Conference on ‘Women in Politics: Impact of Quotas’-held at Lahore, in 2004, sponsored by FES. She also represented the State in a ‘UN Women Regional Conference on Gender Responsive Governance’, at Thimpu, Bhutan in March, 2012. This year she was selected to make a Presentation at the International Sociological Association Forum in Vienna–in July, 2016-on ‘Feminist Vision of Smart Cities for a Better World’, which was also shared at the BRICS Conference on Smart Cities, in Aug,16 at Jaipur. She chaired the session on GRB & CEDAW in the UN-Women Asia Pacific Consultation held at Jaipur in Dec, 2016.
She wields equal felicity in English and Hindi for professional writing & public speaking on Panchayati Raj, Development and Gender & Human Rights Issues. She is a National Resource Person contributing to trainings of civil servants at LBSNAA, NIRD, ATIs, CTIs, TISS, NHRC, NCW, UN-Women, RPA, RIPA and other premier UN Organizations and The World Bank. She has also been a resource person for Sensitization of Women MPs on Gender Issues at the invitation of Lok Sabha Secretariat, New Delhi. She is empanelled among eminent Resource Persons by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Govt. of India. She contributes to panel discussions on Doordarshan on Topical Development & Panchayati Raj Issues.
