During his career he has been associated with prestigious companies like CARE India an International Voluntary Organization, Fortis Healthcare, Max Healthcare and Rainbow Children’s Hospital. Presently he is working with Eternal Hospital, Jaipur.
He has extensively worked in healthcare projects and commodity supply chain management for 9 states & also headed the Disaster Management teams of CARE India during Natural calamities like Orissa cyclone, Gujrat earthquake, J&K Earthquake, Bihar floods etc. He has an abundant understanding/ familiarity of working in 6-7 states across India.

Mr. Vivek A Matange, born on 31st January 1962 in Nashik, Maharashtra, is a Mechanical Engineer. He received the degree from VJIT Mumbai in 1985.
He is having a total work experience of more than 33 years. He has been working with Bosch for 28 years. Mr. Matange started his association in Bosch as Engineer in Quality Assurance.
During these 28 years of association, he has worked in several management positions mainly in Quality, CIP, Ratio Project Planning, Manufacturing, Manufacturing and Engineering & Human Resources. He played a major role in establishing collaboration and employee engagement culture in Jaipur. In addition to working in Bosch, he also worked in M/s Greaves Cotton, Nashik.
He has been awarded the Engineering Achievement Award from Institution of Engineers. He is a trained assessor for Business Excellence, TS16949 & ISO9001. He has keen interest in developing youngsters and mentoring them.

Major Himani Bhatt has over 19 years of professional experience . She has been working in the IT sector since 2010. She has served the last 9 years in IT sales and marketing with premier organizations like Microsoft India, Red Hat India and Oracle India. Currently she is working with Oracle India as Senior Business Manager responsible for defining strategies ,managing sales revenue and customer relationships for central government ministries.
Prior to joining the corporate sector, she served for over 10 years in Indian Army Corps of Engineers .She is the first lady officer of her combat engineer regiment . After leaving the Army, she completed an Executive Course in Business Management from the prestigious MDI (Management Development Institute, Gurgaon). She also possesses a Masters in Electronics.
